24-year-old Taylor Schabusiness is facing several charges in Wisconsin relating to an incident of dismembering her lover under the influence of meth.
During a competency hearing, the judge announced that her trial would be moved from March 6th to May 18th, resulting in Schabusiness jumping up from her seat and attempting to hit her lawyer, Quinn Jolly.
Schabusiness continued to try to attack Jolly, and had to be restrained by a law enforcement officer until she calmed down. She claims to not know what happened.
While she has plead not guilty due to claims of mental disease or defect, she was found competent to stand trial last year when examined by a court-appointed doctor.
Her competency hearing has been rescheduled to March, and her trial will begin in May.
